3. Order Cancellation (Pre-Shipment)

4. Return & Refund Eligibility (After Receipt)
Eligible ONLY if:
✅ Goods arrive damaged/defective or materially differ from the description (proof required);
✅ Goods unopened/sealed (per Section 2) and requested within 14 days of delivery;
✅ Legal withdrawal rights apply (e.g., EU/UK laws), and goods are unopened.
Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Used, activated, or worn items;
❌ Goods >14 days old, missing components, or in non-original packaging;
